A Foreword By Founder Kelly Khoo

Most of the time these segments begin with the usual spiel of important cases we have done and the years of experience
we have. But whilst such achievements are indeed important and will be enumerated later, simply listing them down would
not capture the essence of our approach.

So instead, my intention here is to give a brief snapshot of our thought process that goes into the work that we do.

Our guiding principle is to ensure that you do not lose sight of the commercial viability and practical solutions in the
decisions that you make based on the unique circumstances of your case. This is a judgment call that we will make together
to ensure we safeguard your interests, yet at the same time without losing sight of your expectations, with the ultimate goal
of deriving the best outcome for your case.

Commercial litigation, at the heart of it, is akin to an investment. We invest time, money, resources and our heart into it;
and just like any other form of investment, there are golden moments to strike whilst the iron is hot, there are downtrend
moments to lay low, and there are moments where we have to make a judgment call to retract and live to fight another day.

But know that throughout it all, we are here to be your trusted advisors and confidants to assist you through that decision
making process and guide you to navigate the complexities of your situation.

Regards,
Kelly Khoo
